Here's how it works. Nominations open thru December 17, 2013. Each user can post THREE nomination for THREE award, so pick carefully and try to be inclusive. If you feel that someone else should be nominated for a previously mentioned award, nominate them. I'll compile these on December 18, and we'll vote amongst ourselves for 10 awards.
You don't have to be a #THTC member to nominate or be nominated. #THTC members are expected to come strong!

So true. I actually jumped in to nominate Brad Hutchings for the "Jameis Winston Natural Leadership Award", for humbly coming into the season without the intention of taking over, but through tireless work and natural ability showing everyone without a word he was the de facto team leader.
